wner and designer Alicia Schwede opened Bella Fiori in 2003 as an outlet for her love of flowers, which she gained as a young child working alongside her grandmother in the rose garden. Over the past few years Bella Fiori has evolved into a full-service event design company. With the purpose of transforming the aesthetics of an event space with the use of chic flowers, furniture rentals (Chiavari chairs, lounge furniture, etc), ambient lighting, linen coordination, unique table top décor, custom stationary, fabric draping, custom ceremony and reception structures, plant rentals, etc.

Please note that we specialize in the aesthetics of your event, we do not offer on-site coordination. We suggest you hire a professional event coordinator for the logistics of your event. Bella Fiori resides in a studio/warehouse professional space in Lakewood, Colorado.

• Booking Bella Fiori for your special event
  We book up quickly for weddings taking place April-October & December. Many of our clients book up to a year in advance. Please call early in your planning process as it is most important to book your date and changes to your floral & décor order can be made along the way.
• How to prepare for your consultation
  What are your favorite flowers and fragrances? Pictures from magazines of flowers and arrangements that you like can be helpful. Making a list of who in your bridal party will need flowers is very helpful: how many bridesmaids, how many corsages & boutonnieres will you need? How many centerpieces? Photos & fabric swatches of the wedding gown and the bridesmaid dresses is also helpful.
• Areas we service
  We service events in Denver, Vail, Summit County, Evergreen, Golden, Boulder, Estes Park, The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Aspen, Telluride, etc. Please contact us if you are unsure your event location is within our service area.We are on the preferred vendors list at many prestigious locations. Alicia is also available to design flowers for weddings & events in The San Francisco Bay Area and Napa/Sonoma Wine Country, please inquire for details.
• How you can book Bella Fiori
  We request a 50% non-refundable retainer. However, payment plans can be arranged, please inquire for details. We accept the retainer via cash, check, Visa, MasterCard & Discover Card.
• Are packages available?
  Currently we do not offer wedding packages. All flowers and décor for your wedding or event are custom designed to reflect your personal style.
• What budgets do you work with?
  Our events range from $300-20,000+ with the average amount spent on flowers coming in around $3,000-5,000.
• What year did Bella Fiori open/how long have you been in floral design?
  Bella Fiori opened in March 2003. Prior to Bella Fiori, Alicia owned Alicia Chestine Designs in San Francisco, California from 1998-2003. Alicia started studying the art of floral design in 1998 while working at a software company in San Francisco.
• What does “Bella Fiori” mean?
  Bella Fiori is Italian for Beautiful Flowers.
